Summary

Moderate cytoplasmic staining was observed in malignant cells. Most colorectal cancers and several cases of breast and thyroid cancers strong positivity. Renal and skin cancers were in general weakly stained or negative. Most malignant tissues exhibited moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Malignant carcinoids, lymphomas, gliomas, squamous and basal cell carcinomas along with several endometrial cancers were negative.

Validation

Uncertain: Two (or more) antibodies yielding dissimilar or partly similar staining patterns and there is no available gene/protein characterization data or only limited gene/protein characterization data
