The overall cancer tissue staining statistics shows the fraction of patient samples with strong, moderate, weak or no staining (as described by the color-coding scale in the box to the right), using all the available antibodies to the protein targets encoded by this gene. For each cancer, the staining for each available antibody is reported as the fraction of samples with strong, moderate, weak or no staining (as described by the color-coding scale in the box to the right). The lenght of the bar represents the number of patient samples analysed (max=12 patients). By clicking on a cancer tissue, the detailed staining data for that cancer is available, including annotated images.
At the bottom of this page, a summary for the cancer staining for each antibody is given, together with the immunohistochemistry validation score for that antibody.
Most malignant cells showed weak to moderate positivity. Papillary adenocarcinomas in thyroid and few cases of urothelial cancers displayed strong cytoplasmic staining. Malignant lymphomas, lung, renal and skin cancers were negative in several cases.
Weak to moderate cytoplasmic and membranous immunoreactivity was observed in most tumors. Malignant lymphomas, gliomas, liver and testicular cancers were negative.
Several renal cancer showed strong cytoplasmic and membranous staining. Colorectal, prostate, lung, skin, liver and female genitalia cancers displayed moderate positivity in several cases. Remaining malignancies were weakly stained or negative.
