Summary

Moderate cytoplasmic staining was observed in most malignancies. Cases of thyroid cancers were strongly stained while several hepatocellular carcinomas were negative.A majority of cancers displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Several malignancies were however mainly negative e.g. gastric, testicular, renal, lung, liver and pancreatic cancers.Moderate to strong granular staining in the cytoplasm was observed in malignant cells.

Validation

Uncertain: Two (or more) antibodies yielding similar or partly similar staining patterns and there is no available gene/protein characterization data
Supportive: Two (or more) antibodies yielding partly similar staining patterns which are consistent with gene/protein characterization data
