Cancer tissues displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity with additional nuclear or membranous staining in many cases.Most cancers displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Cases of colorectal, breast and testis cancers showed strong staining. Several melanomas, lung, urothelial, renal and gastric cancers were weakly stained or negative.
