Summary

Most malignancies were negative or showed faint positivity. Cytoplasmic immunoreactivity of moderate intensity was observed in some adenocarcinomas. Most malignancies were weakly stained or negative. Renal cancers displayed strong nuclear immunoreactivity. Several cases of breast, ovarian and pancreatic cancers showed moderate cytoplasmic and/or nuclear staining. Most malignancies displayed moderate cytoplasmic staining, often combined with nuclear positivity. Several cases of prostate and ovarian cancers as well as a few endometrial cancers were strongly stained.

Validation

Two (or more) antibodies yielding partly similar staining patterns which are partly consistent with gene/protein characterization data or consistent with limited gene/protein characterization data
