The overall cancer tissue staining statistics shows the fraction of patient samples with strong, moderate, weak or no staining (as described by the color-coding scale in the box to the right), using all the available antibodies to the protein targets encoded by this gene. For each cancer, the staining for each available antibody is reported as the fraction of samples with strong, moderate, weak or no staining (as described by the color-coding scale in the box to the right). The lenght of the bar represents the number of patient samples analysed (max=12 patients). By clicking on a cancer tissue, the detailed staining data for that cancer is available, including annotated images.
At the bottom of this page, a summary for the cancer staining for each antibody is given, together with the immunohistochemistry validation score for that antibody.
Most malignancies were negative or showed faint positivity. Cytoplasmic immunoreactivity of moderate intensity was observed in some adenocarcinomas.
Most malignancies were weakly stained or negative. Renal cancers displayed strong nuclear immunoreactivity. Several cases of breast, ovarian and pancreatic cancers showed moderate cytoplasmic and/or nuclear staining.
Most malignancies displayed moderate cytoplasmic staining, often combined with nuclear positivity. Several cases of prostate and ovarian cancers as well as a few endometrial cancers were strongly stained.
