Summary

Malignant cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity often combined with additional nuclear positivity. A few cases of malignant lymphomas, renal and urothelial cancer were strongly stained. Most cases of skin and testicular cancer as well as several malignant gliomas were negative. A majority of malignancies displayed moderate cytoplasmic staining combined with a few cases of nuclear positivity. Strong staining was observed in a few cases of endometrial, prostate and ovarian cancers. Malignant gliomas, melanomas, skin and testicular cancers were negative or weakly stained.

Validation

Two (or more) antibodies yielding similar staining patterns which are partly consistent with gene/protein characterization data or consistent with limited gene/protein characterization data
