Summary

Colorectal cancers and cholangiocarcinomas along with several cases of stomach, cervical, ovarian and pancreatic cancers showed moderate to strong membranous and occasional cytoplasmic staining. Most remaining cancers were weakly stained or negative. Most cancer tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and/or membranous immunoreactivity. Gliomas, lymphomas, melanomas and skin cancers were negative.

Validation

Uncertain: Two (or more) antibodies yielding similar or partly similar staining patterns which are partly consistent with or contradicted by limited gene/protein characterization data
