Summary

A majority of colorectal and pancreatic cancers as well as several ovarian, testicular and liver cancers showed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Most of the remaining malignancies were weakly stained or negative. Most malignancies were negative or weakly stained. A few cases of liver cancers showed moderate cytoplasmic staining.Malignant cells generally showed moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity.

Validation

Uncertain: Two (or more) antibodies yielding partly similar staining patterns which are partly consistent with gene/protein characterization data or consistent with limited gene/protein characterization data
Uncertain: Two (or more) antibodies yielding partly similar staining patterns which are partly consistent with gene/protein characterization data or consistent with limited gene/protein characterization data
Uncertain: Two (or more) antibodies yielding dissimilar or partly similar staining patterns and there is no available gene/protein characterization data or only limited gene/protein characterization data
