Summary

Colorectal and ovarian cancers along with several gastric and pancreatic cancers as well as a few cholangiocarcinomas and adenocarcinomas of cervix displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and/or membranous staining. Remaining malignant cells were weakly stained or negative. The majority of malignancies displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and membranous positivity. A few cases of testicular seminomas and pancreatic cancers displayed strong positivity. The majority of malignant lymphomas, melanomas, breast and colorectal cancers were negative.

Validation

Uncertain: Two (or more) antibodies yielding partly similar staining patterns which are partly consistent with gene/protein characterization data or consistent with limited gene/protein characterization data
