Summary

A majority of malignancies showed weak to moderate nuclear and/or cytoplasmic positivity. A few cases of malignant carcinoids and renal cancers were strong staining. Most malignant gliomas and squamous cell carcinomas were negative. Most of the malignant tissues showed moderate to strong nuclear positivity with additional cytoplasmic immunoreactivity in some cases. Most testicular cancers as well as cases of cervical squamous cell carcinomas, malignant lymphomas, endometrial and pancreatic cancers were weakly stained or negative.

Validation

Two (or more) antibodies yielding partly similar staining patterns which are partly consistent with gene/protein characterization data or consistent with limited gene/protein characterization data
