Summary

Most malignant cells displayed moderate cytoplasmic staining with a granular pattern, in several cases combined with membranous positivity. Several cases of malignant lymphomas, colorectal and endometrial cancers showed strong immunoreactivity. Several renal cancers were negative. Most malignant cells were weakly stained or negative. Several colorectal cancers as well as a few cases of breast and ovarian cancers displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and sometimes nuclear positivity. Strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity was observed in a subset of cells in cases of renal cancers.

Validation

Two (or more) antibodies yielding dissimilar or partly similar staining patterns and there is no available gene/protein characterization data or only limited gene/protein characterization data
