Summary

Several cases of squamous cell carcinomas and melanomas along with isolated cases in other cancers displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining tumors were mainly negative.Several cases of squamous cell carcinomas exhibited strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. A few cases of urothelial cancers showed moderate to strong staining in a fraction of cells. Remaining cancers were negative.

Validation

Supportive: Two (or more) antibodies yielding similar staining patterns which are partly consistent with gene/protein characterization data or consistent with limited gene/protein characterization data
