Summary

A variable staining intensity was observed among each malignancy. Prostate, breast, liver, pancreatic, colorectal, endometrial and urothelial cancers showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Malignant gliomas, melanoma and lymphomas as well as renal, gastric and skin cancers were weakly stained or negative. Prostate and endometrial cancers showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Several cases of colorectal, breast, ovarian, lung, urothelial and pancreatic cancers showed moderate positivity. Remaining malignant cells generally showed weak staining or were negative.Prostate cancers exhibited moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Remaining malignant cells were weakly stained or negative.

Validation

Two (or more) antibodies yielding partly similar staining patterns which are partly consistent with gene/protein characterization data or consistent with limited gene/protein characterization data
