Summary

A majority of malignant cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Several cases of endometrial cancers were strongly stained. Malignant gliomas, malignant lymphoma, skin and renal malignancies were mainly negative. Most malignancies displayed strong cytoplasmic and membranous positivity. Malignant gliomas, lymphomas, melanomas, testicular seminomas, hepatocellular carcinomas and skin cancers were mainly negative.

Validation

Uncertain: The multi-targeting antibody yielding a staining pattern consistent with gene/protein characterization data for at least one of the genes whereas any of the other genes has no available gene/protein characterization data or is contradicted by gene/protein
Supportive: One antibody yielding a staining pattern which is consistent with gene/protein characterization data
