Summary

A majority of malignant tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Strong staining was observed in a few cases of endometrial-, ovarian- and testicular cancer. Most malignancies displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Rare cases of prostate, ovarian, testis, pancreatic and lung cancers displayed strong staining. Most of the malignant cells showed weak to moderate nuclear and/or cytoplasmic positivity. Several testicular cancers displayed strong nucleolar immunoreactivity. A majority of liver, gastric, renal, skin and prostate cancers were negative.

Validation

The multi-targeting antibody yielding a staining pattern partly consistent with gene/protein characterization data or consistent with limited gene/protein characterization data for all of the genes
One antibody yielding a staining pattern and there is no available gene/protein characterization data or the staining pattern is partly consistent with or contradicted by limited gene/protein characterization data
