Summary

The majority of malignancies exhibited weak to moderate cytoplasmic and/or membranous immunoreactivity. Several malignant gliomas were strongly stained. Liver, pancreatic, gastric, renal and urothelial cancers were mainly negative. Most malignant tissues showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. A few cases of skin, urothelial and lung cancers were weakly stained or negative.

Validation

One antibody yielding a staining pattern which is consistent with gene/protein characterization data
The multi-targeting antibody yielding a staining pattern partly consistent with gene/protein characterization data or consistent with limited gene/protein characterization data for all of the genes
