Summary

Malignant tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and occasional nuclear positivity. Testicular cancers along with several breast, endometrial, urothelial and renal cancers were negative. Most of the malignant tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity with occasional nuclear or membranous staining. Strong staining was observed in thyroid cancers and a few cases of colorectal and pancreatic cancers. Malignant gliomas, melanomas, testicular cancers along with several breast and liver cancers were negative.

Validation

Uncertain: Two (or more) antibodies yielding similar or partly similar staining patterns which are partly consistent with or contradicted by limited gene/protein characterization data
