Most normal tissues expressed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining. Few of them showed additional membranous and nuclear staining. Basal layer in epididymis and Leydig cells of testis were strongly stained. Distal tubules in kidney were more distinctly stained than proximal tubuli.
Most malignant tissues expressed similar staining pattern as normal tissues.
