This antibody usually showed a diffuse cytoplasmic staining, sometimes with slightly granular pattern. Strong expression was seen in respiratory epithelium, the strongest in brush border. Strong staining was seen in most glandular cells. Weaker cytoplasmic but often nuclear staining was found in squamous epithelium. Moderate to strong expression was seen in bone marrow and lymphatic cells.
Most tumors were moderately to strongly positive often with slightly granular pattern. Relatively weaker, sometimes nuclear expression was seen in squamous cell cancers. There was positivity in stroma in most tumors.
