This score describes the level of antibody staining observed in the annotated cell types as not detected (n), low (l), medium (m) or high (h). It is based on the staining intensity and fraction of stained cells. The images and annotations can be accessed by clicking on the tissue name or score bar. Distinct staining was observed in connective tissue. Heart muscle displayed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Moderate nuclear and cytoplasmic positivity was observed in respiratory epithelia, Purkinje cells, neuronal cells of cerebral cortex, renal tubules, hepatocytes, rectum, salivary gland, smooth muscle cells, stomach, testis and thyroid. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
Most normal tissues showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and membranous positivity. Squamous epithelium, prostatic glands and soft tissues were weakly stained or negative.
