Summary

Most malignant tissues were weakly stained or negative. Prostate and liver cancers showed moderate cytoplasmic and membranous positivity. Nuclear staining was found in melanomas, lung and cervical cancers.Malignant cells were generally negative. Subsets of prostate cancer cells displayed strong positivity while several testicular tumors showed moderate nucleolar positivity.

Validation

One antibody yielding a staining pattern and there is no available gene/protein characterization data or the staining pattern is partly consistent with or contradicted by limited gene/protein characterization data
