Summary

Tumors generally exhibited moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. A majority of renal cell carcinomas were negative.Malignant cells showed moderate to strong nucleolar staining which in cases was combined with cytoplasmic positivity. Several cases of malignant gliomas, breast, renal and pancreatic cancers were weakly stained or negative.

Validation

The multi-targeting antibody yielding a staining pattern partly consistent with characterization data for at least one of the genes whereas any of the other genes has no available gene/protein characterization data or is contradicted by gene/protein chara
One antibody yielding a staining pattern which is partly consistent with gene/protein characterization data or consistent with limited gene/protein characterization data
