Summary

Cases of colorectal, breast, ovarian, urothelial, gastric, pancreatic, liver cancers and malignant melanomas showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining malignancies were negative. The majority of malignant cells showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Nucleolar staining was observed in several cases. A few breast cancers were strongly stained.

Validation

Supportive: Two (or more) antibodies yielding similar staining patterns which are partly consistent with gene/protein characterization data or consistent with limited gene/protein characterization data
