Summary

Malignant cells generally showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining. Several malignant gliomas, breast, ovarian, renal and testicular cancers were weakly stained or negative.Malignant lymphomas along with several colorectal and gastric cancers as well as a few malignant melanomas, endometrial and pancreatic cancers displayed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Remaining malignant cells were wekaly stained or negative.

Validation

Supportive: Two (or more) antibodies yielding partly similar staining patterns which are consistent with gene/protein characterization data
