Normal tissues displayed weak to moderate nuclear membrane positivity with additional cytoplasmic positivity i several tissues. Thyroid gland, epididymis and smooth muscle exhibited strong immunoreactivity. Hepatocytes were negative.
Pancreas, urinary bladder, tubuli and trophoblastic cells in placenta showed distinct moderate nuclear membrane positivity. Remaining normal cells were weakly stained or negative.
Moderate to strong staining of nuclear membranes was observed in most normal tissues.
