Strong cytoplasmic positivity was displayed in subset of cells in gastro-intestinal glands, bronchus and fallopian tube. Islets of Langerhans were strongly stained. Moderate immunoreactivity was exhibited in ganglion/peripheral nerve. Remaining normal tissues were mostly negative.
Strong cytoplasmic staining was observed in pancreatic islet cells, enteroendocrine cells in gastrointestinal tract and parathyroid gland. Remaining normal tissues were negative.
Enteroendocrine cells of gastrointestinal tract, islet cells, adrenal and parathyroid gland exhibited strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Remaining normal tissues were negative.
Endocrine cells in gastrointestinal tract and islets of Langerhans showed strong cytoplasmic staining. Parathyroid gland displayed additional strong membranous positivity. Remaining normal tissues were negative.
Islets of Langerhans, parathyroid, adrenal and endocrine cells scattered in other tissues, for example the intestine and bronchus showed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Neuronal cells and a subset of cells in fallopian tube were also strongly stained. Respiratory epithelium of bronchus exhibited moderate membranous positivity. Remaining normal tissues were negative.
